EMS

What should I wear?

At the beginning of your EMS programme, you will be given an undergarment to wear for all of your EMS sessions. You can put this on at home and wear it under your clothes, or change into it at the studio. A little water is used to as a conductor, so you may want to remove the garment before you go home, particularly in colder weather.

How many sessions per week should I do?

We recommend weekly sessions, as EMS is extremely effective and there should be a minimum of 7 days apart to allow time for your body to recover. If you would like to add in additional sessions, we recommend booking a Muscular Endurance session which is combined with gentle cardio exercise such as on the rowing machine. You can also book a Relax session which takes place lying down, super relaxing for you and your muscles.

How long before I see results?

It sounds amazing, but you will actually feel fitter after your first session. You will be stronger, able to run faster and jump higher. You will have that post workout glow and feel refreshed and relaxed. Within 4 weeks you will start to see your body change shape as muscle is toned and fat is reduced. This really is a fitness treatment big on results.

Stretch

What can I expect?

In your 25 or 50 min Stretch Therapy session, you will lay on our comfortable massage table. Your therapist will consult with you to understand your needs and take into account any injuries or issues. The session will begin with being loosened up and relaxed with a massage gun before being mobilised and stretched. You can expect to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, light and in a great mood!

What should I wear?

Please wear or bring clean socks, and come in comfortable gym / yoga wear that you can move around in and that won’t be exposing while you’re being stretched.

How many sessions per week should I do?

That’s up to you, but we’d recommend at least once a week to maintain the benefits. Consistency is key.
